Only 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations, and a leisurely 15 minute stroll down to Lake Windermere, we are perfectly placed for those with or indeed without a car.
Extensively refurbished and constantly maintained, the original Victorian period features marry well with the contemporary, stylish decor. Each has a dedicated parking space in our free car park.

Stayed for two nights for a weekend of walking and had a great place. Really good location with ample parking, room was lovely, staff helpful and informative – let us check in early. Breakfast was excellent also definitely recommended.

A beautiful B&B which is kept to a very high standard and set out to make you feel right at home. Owner’s Steve and Hayley are a lovely couple, nothing is a problem and Steve rustles up a mean breakfast that is second to none.
